Returns Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality products. As such, we accept returns and will offer a full refund or replacement for items that have a manufacturing defect.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return due to a defect, please ensure:
- The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
- The item is in the same condition as received, with original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Process for Returns

Return Authorisation: If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions.
Shipping: Send the item back to us as per the provided instructions. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, faults, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@kimurastores.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they have a manufacturing defect. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same model, contact us at info@kimurastores.com.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@kimurastores.com.
